(Formally Fremantle Freedom Christian Centre from July 1st 2010)

Heart City Church is a dynamic, multi-cultural church with a great desire to Love and Worship God.

We have a strong focus on reaching our community with the love of Christ through relevant programs that can make a difference in people’s lives.

Our desire is to see all followers of Jesus, functioning and living out their God given potential. We also are intentional about partnering with other church’s in our community so that we can fulfill the purposes of God to our city and the world.
