What is CONNECT?

Connect is the West Australian Church Planting & Church Health Resource Centre.  

The purpose of Connect is: “To be a service ministry to our churches in facilitating church health, church growth and church reproduction.”

The idea behind Connect is to cooperate with God’s growth process in the lives of leaders and churches. This is done through providing resources and helping establish relationships to ensure the health of our pastors, the ongoing growth of churches. Whether these resources come in the form of "just in time training," "coaching," "mentoring," or the creative use of technology to link lives and build community, our focus will always be upon developing of relationships, Pastoral care, the equipping and training of leaders who are engaged in reaching the harvest. Through Connect we are continually working at developing a church planting, church health Network for the purpose of:

Encouraging Pastors to network together sharing ideas, prayer and fellowship. This can be achieved in:

• A small group gathering we call “Pastors Regional Connect Groups.”
• Bi-monthly LIFT meetings.
• Social gatherings.
• Bi-monthly Connect news letter.
• Regular connect e-mail.
• Combined Church Events.  
• Connect Network Meetings for the purpose of empowering, equipping, training, inspiration and fellowship.

We encourage Pastors to be connected and to attend these events for their own welfare the welfare of our movement, a sense of belonging and working together to see Gods Kingdom advance.
